"Learn to Earn" is our initiative towards empowering women and youth!

In today's world everyone desires to find self worth and financial independence, Yet there are umpteen number of people who are unable to get jobs!

How can we bring about a change?

Bringing about a change in the education system will be an ideal situation, but it will take a long time to devise the apt system with adequate resources. Also, most importantly it is not in our hands to change the education system in the villages. Hence, the next best way to bring about a change is through VOCATIONAL TRAINING.

Vocational training which mainly includes computer training, repair of computers, printers, mobile phones, TVs, basic software skills, tailoring etc. have the ability to give immediate employment to even the 10th pass / 12th pass.

And as India is a growing economy, with a lot of companies investing in India, the labour market has become more specialized and demand higher levels of skills. Hence, Vocational training has become a dire need, with a focus on practical skills that students can put to use in a job immediately.

As part of our strategy to train and empower the underprivileged with permanent skills enabling them to earn their livelihood, we have set up Vocational training centres in Delhi and NCR. Courses offered at our centres include, Computer Training, English Literacy, Make up and Hair Styling and Sewing Training.

All the courses are short term with a minimum duration of 3 months. All courses offered at our centre are certified by pioneers in the respective fields. For example, all the computer courses are certified by Microsoft, all the stitching courses are certified by USHA, etc. All the courses at our centre are designed in a fashion such that on completion of even one course, the students will be job ready!

Volunteers are needed who could contribute their valuable time by teaching the children ages 5-15.
