You can seek help by creating a task on the Website, sharing the task with your Facebook, LinkedIn and other social networking friends, asking for help using the ProjectHeena. For any other doubt visit the how it works page.

No, you do not need to pay for any task, it is absolutely free. No one is supposed to ask for any money on ProjectHeena. If any one asks for any money for the task, please contact us.

There is no limit on the number of volunteers, but a team of four should be enough for a task of 4 hours according to us.

ProjectHeena is not responsible for providing volunteers for the task. You can create your task and share it on social networking sights like Linkedin and Facebook. Volunteers might search your Task online therefore be as descriptive as possible for your task.

Ideally the volunteers must inform the task owner if there is any problem regarding the task. If it is not done, the volunteer must not be credited while closing the task. It might be put in the description while closing the task.

ProjectHeena provides a platform where individuals can seek as well as offer help for any task. We want to motivate proper utilization of the platform by individuals by balancing their seeking help and offering help interactions.Therefore the ratio of offering and seeking help keeps changing. However registered NGO’s can register for unlimited no. of tasks.

ProjectHeena is an open platform that allows users to support the causes they choose to. We do not charge the volunteers or the NGO’s for accomplishing social tasks. In case if you find any user/organization seeking any monetary help, please report us immediately.

We are an open platform where anybody can register. We use the Facebook and Linkedin profile for the user data verification. For any further verification the task owner has to contact the volunteer.

If you are talking about Money part, then we are sorry to disappoint you. But yes, you do get good karma and shiny profile to showcase to world about the contributions you made to support your favorite cause.

You can find all the available cause on the search page, edit profile page & create task page. If you think we have missed out on some causes then feel free to ping us. We would be happy to receive your feedback

Though we try to provide all possible causes to our users, there are chances that we might have missed out on some. In such case, you can contact us or chat to us and we could together solve the problem

If you have hit the 'Offered help' button on any task, then we salute you for showing enthusiasm for supporting your cause. We hope you have shared your contact details while Offering the help. Now you can wait for the Task Creator to contact you back on the details you shared or you can visit the Task Creator's Profile and Click on Contact User Link on right side to send him a direct email.

We strongly recommend that before accepting someone's offer, you do a thorough background check of the volunteer and make sure that he/she is the right candidate for helping you. Also do confirm the availability of the volunteer before accepting the Help Offering.
