About us

The/Nudge Foundation (www.thenudge.org) is a Bangalore-based nonprofit working towards poverty alleviation through skill development of underprivileged youth in the age group of 18-25 years. Our flagship program called “Program in Life Management” offered through our residential Gurukuls is a 90-day rigorous program with an emphasis on extensive experiential learning through habit-building and repetition. On completion of the program, the youth enter the nation’s workforce and are provided with continuous lifelong support through our lifeguard program to prevent them from falling back into poverty.
