Redesigning the website for Voice Vision

The volunteers can work from home and help in the website development work. However they will have to visit our office once in a while to discuss updates and progress. Skills required and work to be done 

-- Customizing HTML and CSS of themes to make it look as per requirement

-- Familiarity with Accessibility standards or W3C guidelines

-- Integrating with Drupal's theming system

-- Knowledge of base themes and using base functionality in child theme

-- Manipulating template.php

-- Drupal theme hooks for altering menus

Drupal

-- Knowledge of Drupal 7 module development, experience with implementing Drupal Hooks

-- Skills with Drupal 6 to Drupal 7 data migration and code migration

-- Experience Node and Entity API of Drupal 7

-- Familiarity with Drupal Accessibility

-- Knowledge of Drush

-- Skills to use devel modules effectively

-- Knowledge of Rules API, Flags API

-- Views and customization of Views

-- Apache SOLR search integration with Drupal
