Lemonade distribution at construction site

We need volunteers on 28th of September for providing the labours, working at construction site of Delhi Haat in Janak Puri ,with cool and refreshing drinks so that to relieve them from his hot weather and contribute a little by providing them with drinks and spending some time with them so that they feel motivated and by this a sense of belongingness and affection comes . The construction site was really huge and around 1000 to 2000(one thousand to two thousand) labour was working there. So we will require quite a number of volunteers to cover them all & provide each of the workers with drinks . We will spend some time with them ,talking to them , asking them about their work, about their contribution.We are in talks with the officials & they have agreed to help us by providing some space for making the drinks & assisting us in reaching out to those workers.
