Mission of the organization:-
“To organized scattered Chambhar community in Maharashtra State and make them capable by training process and established their company to generate secured income.â€
Objective of the Organisation:-
1. To organized backward community in to producer groups
2. To develop a strong and sustainable producer company to generate livelihood opportunities
3. To organize the Tannery community for safe and sustainable management of nontraditional equipment and machineries in coordination with Government and other Institutions.
4. To build the capacities of community based organizations to encourage community to be healthy through safe behavior and safe life style.
5. To organize and strengthen women to participate actively in development process related to livelihood, health and education.
