About us
Sharanalayam is an NGO started in the year 2001 by Mrs Vanitha Rengaraj, where around 200 residents are being taken care of with food, shelter and education. More than 100 children including HIV +ve children, sex worker’s children, abandoned children and beggar’s children are living in our campus. We also take care of 50 abandoned mentally challenged adults. Sharanalayam is the only legal adoption agency in Coimbatore District, Tamil Nadu. We also run a Learning Centre for Autism called Sharanalayam Third Eye. We, at Sharanalayam, have vowed to make a difference in the lives of these little ones. In our campus, they are nourished with love and care to be socially responsible citizens of society.
