Overview of the program Unnati

·         Unnati is a 50 day vocational training program, with guaranteed job at the end of the training.

·         Every youth is taught, spoken English, basic computers, values and life skills, in addition to the vocation he/she is selected for.

·         During this period we cover over 320 hours of training that helps them to face the world with confidence and self-esteem.

·         The placement happens through ‘On Campus’ interviews during the last week of the 50 day model.
