About us

SEED is a non-profit organization registered as a society under the Society Registration Act, 1860, having registration u/s 12A & 80G of the Income Tax Act.  SEED was conceived in 2006 as a social venture by Anirban Roy, whose earlier corporate experience was in Risk Management at Ernst & Young. More recently, he was a Chevening Scholar at the London School of Economics. Since its inception, SEED strive to improve quality life of socio-economically deprived and backward community in rural as well as urban areas of the country through implementation of various development programs towards sustainable development.
