     (1) To organize the parents  for Persons with Mental Retardation, Autism, Cerebral Palsy and Multiple Disabilities, individual & institutions /organizations working in this field.

    (2) To establish Day Care School & residential Care School for special education .

    (3) To establish Vocational Training Centers & Rehabilitation Centers.

    (4) Sports & Cultural activities           

    (5) Establishment of Old Age Care Centers         

    (6) To publish magazines & literature         

    (7) All activities for the welfare of Persons with Mental Retardation, Autism,   Cerebral Palsy and Multiple Disabilities.
