About us
RCSD is an S&T based not for profit organization,
registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860, dated September
2004, Guwahati, Assam, India and works as a catalyst for change amongst the
poor & impoverished section of the society in the Eastern Himalayan arc
(an area of ‘high cultural risk’ and predicted climatic change), builds human
capacities & facilitate an environment that helps increase access to clean
water & energy, secure livelihoods, conserve biodiversity & manage ecosystems
of local and Global significance.
