Details About Project

PPHF shall assist in building an environment for the program readiness on the T1DM CSR project implementation in the following areas:
a. identification of desired T1DM HCOs across the country in close discussion with the RSSDI T1DM work stream;
b. aligning the T1DM HCOs on the overall project objectives, processes, deliverables of the project;
c. orientation of the HCOs team to identify underprivileged patients;
d. training the HCOs team on data (non-clinical) entry, KPIs for impact and quality control around logistical tracking;
e. conducting periodic audit and assessment of the TPIs and HCOs on the program functioning and trouble-shooting on a real time basis;
f. orientation of the T1DM project implementing HCOs on developing quarterly estimated funding for the insulin and other disposables (to be given to the underprivileged patients);
g. training the T1DM HCOs in conducting a monthly program roster in line with the program objectives.
