About us
People for Animals, Bangalore is one of the primary wildlife hospitals & an NGO. We aim to rescue, rehabilitate and release the injured, critically ill, displaced, orphaned & confiscated wild animals back to its adoptive habitat. We create awareness among citizens of all ages and backgrounds, about urban wildlife, and instil a deep regard for their cohabitation needs and when to actively engage in their welfare.We aim to develop a practice that employs better wildlife care techniques, engaging specialists and veterinarians from across the world.

It offers a peaceful place, with birds chirping around you while you work on something just a little different from everyday struggles. If you find yourself free for a day, drop in at People for Animals, a wildlife hospital and shelter, and you’ll surely be greeted by the inquisitive look of a bonnet macaque. Black Kites soar regally across their aviary, as they relearn how to fly after an injury. The smallest residents are usually the baby squirrels, warm and cozy in their baskets; on the other hand, barn owls swoop to their perches, only to regard you with infinite, knowing eyes.-
