About us

 Goal:Empowerment of the disadvantaged community in such a way, that they can utilize their potential and resources for their all-round development in a sustainable manner.

Objectives:

1. Empowering the women with their access to decision making process, opportunities and income.
2.  Promoting locally viable micro economic activities to enhance income at the household level.
3.  Developing community based extension system and facilities the communication process among communities and different development institutions to establish inter sector linkage with people's initiatives.
4.  Vocational of education for Women .
5.  Up gradation and Modernization of traditional skills.
6.  To develop women as decision makers, managers and leaders.
7.  To arrange need based community service programmes.
8.  To mobilize public and organize promotional campaigns to create social a gender equity.                                                      
9.  To promote universal brotherhood and national integration.
10.  To enhance resources and management capabilities of the rural people.

    OUR MISSION:Our major concern has been to work for the enlistment of the people of extremely downtrodden section, preferably women and focus upon the participatory methodologies. We visualize the organization as a catalytic force behind development interventions and contribute towards participatory development process. The organization has a network of voluntary clubs to channel all its social services. They identify the need and initiate the activities of training, education and resource management.
