About us

Oasis India runs Day care center, Drop In center, Bandra Hub, Borivali hub and Rehab.

Day care center is for the at-risk Children in Kamathipura . At this center they can learn Basic English skills, Maths, hygienic practices, Basic Hindi. There is a football club for older boys and night shelter for older girls

Drop in Center is in Grant road, the center builds relationships with the trafficked Girls, madams and pimps. Oasis offers medical care, Education, crafts, relationships, and a way out.

Bandra Hub-This is a community empowerment project in the slums of Bandra East. Oasis offers tailoring skills, and use an internal Federation to give loans to the women. The main focus is educating and empowering people/communtiy to become self-sufficient. Blue Edge is an education project for young adults that have dropped out of school. Here they can learn English, computer skills, interview skills, customer service skills, and personal development

Borivali hub-It is located in a slum in between Borivali and Dahisar East. It runs a pre-school for younger children where they can learn English, eat a healthy meal, and learn to read and write. There is Tailoring class for women and also it offers an active HIV programme that helps many families in the area who are HIV/AIDs infected/affected.

Rehab- There is a home for the girls and women who have been rescued from the brothels. They are given a home, food, education, job training, counseling, life skills, and health care, reintegration, & repatriation
