ORGANIZATION IN NUTSTSHELL:

Nalanda Bahu uddeshiya Shikshan Sanstha [NBSS] a Registered non-profit non- government development organization work with tribal –rural backward-red-corridor and marginalized communities in Gadchiroli and Chandrapur districts of Maharashtra ,India the member of executive council have continued to follow the principles of service and commitment to help the poor and underprivileged.

NBSS is a non-sectarian movement which unites people for the betterment by empowering lesser privileged communities by society as a whole NBSS endeavors to facilitate economic independence, gender equality and equal opportunities for all in the backward rural and tribal communities NBSS-livelihood skill development [vocational training] programs that can result in the economic empowerment of the people of these rural communities, here all intricate and multidimensional factors are taken in to consideration while imparting skills i.e. for Socio economic psychological and environmental.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

Vocational Training center is one of the BEST ALTERNATIVE SYSTEM OF EDUCATION which aims to Empower Individuals through appropriate skill development leading to gainful employment in collaboration with the local industries institutions and community .

To establish self sufficient villages through skill training and community services while considering global needs with promoting local talents.
