A decision for Establishment of Maharashtra ESM corporation taken vide Government Resolution Dated 18 Jan 2002.

Aim
To provide large-scale employment to the ESM of the state as near to their home as possible / within their district by undertaking various commercial activities.

Vision and Mission

We envision to rehabilitate the human resource of physically fit, mentally robust, disciplined and proficient Ex-Servicemen in outsourced services for any public, private and Govt. organizations and make our corporation a force to reckon.

Our main aim is to generate a large number of job opportunities for Ex-Servicemen nearer to their homes or within their own/adjoining districts by undertaking outsourced services and commercial enterprises.
