The Global Organisation For Gramodyog & Research & Development, Ghaziabad has emerged as one the largest people based NGOs in the district of Ghaziabad U.P. the approach has been introduction of multifarious schemes of the organization to serve the rural sector of the population, youth, women and children.        

Our approach is to have a target oriented, time bound, realistic and optimum yielding results.

Ghaziabad has been basically agricultural and small medium heavy industries occupational district. Mostly people have their own occupation, agriculture and animal husbandry. The population pressure has been increasing so much that there is hardly any possibility for new employment opportunities in the agriculture sector. Therefore, the urgent meet of the people of the Ghaziabad And Bulandshahar is to diversify the means of employment in new type of commercial cultivation of medicinal plants, village industries, handicrafts, women crafts and small trade and businesses. These new opportunity to male and female youth entering into employment market.

In the social sector there are many urgent needs of the people. These relate to Human Resource Development (HRD), Formal, Non-Formal Education, Vocational training, Creation of new skill and up-gradation of old skill, fulfillment of health, need of the women, children and victims of serious diseases like TB, Cancer, HIV, AIDS and family welfare deserves active participation and involvement of the people, otherwise it will be difficult to achieve national target.
