- hearing disability is a hidden handicap therefore, it is necessary to help such children to overcome their hearing impairment as early as possible. Identify such children and to initiate hearing and language training at an early age.                                                                                                            

              Giving   equal opportunities to grow and becomes able to live a self-dependent life. integrate children who are deaf into regular education classes. Innovative curriculum used in the school and center, which helps them to be  oral communicators.

  Educating young children with hearing impairment is a family affair. Parent centered services.. Social, emotional, cognitive and overall development of the deaf children. Oral-aural rehabilitation of early age hearing impaired, general school redlines and parent empowerment.  Parents attend regular at the center as an equal partner in every activity of Elvira multipurpose foundation. Till today more than 50 h I kids are accommodated in to general school of their choice. We aim’s to ultimately be a one stop center providing, all required facilities.
