DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE TRUST is a Not-For-Profit Trust engaged in working with the rural, tribal and marginalized people in the states of Chhattisgarh and Odisha. It aims at improving the quality of lives of people living in challenging conditions. The Organization has a primary focus on Rural Livelihoods, Education, Participatory Governance, Child Rights & Women's Empowerment related issues. Development Initiative works at the grassroots level with the help of community based an organization. Within a short span of time ,intervening with backward communities on basic needs of food sufficiency and livelihoods, Development Initiative has tried to bring hope among the people who have been cut off from mainstream developmental processes
