has over 16 years of experience in ecosystem building through creating and
disseminating knowledge, building the capacity of non-profits and driving
greater funding and collaboration among different stakeholders. Till date,
Dasra has Published over 30 research reports and white papers (Research
Reports), Evaluated over 2,000 and trained over 600 non-profits and social
business, Engaged over 3,000 corporates, foundations and philanthropists and
Channeled over USD 47 million towards the social sector. In 2013 Dasra
started work to build the ecosystem for the Adolescent Girls (AGs) in India
through the Dasra Girl Alliance (DGA). DGA is a multi-stakeholder initiative
supported by USAID, the Kiawah Trust and the Piramal Foundation which aims to
mobilize USD 50 million and impact over one million girls, mothers and
children in India by 2018. So far,
Dasra has leveraged USD 11 million in funding and has impacted 516,832
adolescents. Future focus on Sanitation, Strategic Giving and
Governance. |
