About us

The association (CƒD) is a social, non-political and non-profit making voluntary organization, established by the experienced professional (Rural Development, Sociologist, Para-medicine and Environment) youths who were working for established NGOs in Jharkhand, felt that they should intervene for their native blocks and for own people where the poverty level was very high.

Vision:

“A society based on cooperation, peace and harmony with nature where both the sexes have access and control over information, decision making and natural resources.”

 

Mission:

 

Ø All round development of the poor, marginalized and youths by educating, organizing and empowering to promote a liberating force aimed at social justice, economic growth and self-reliance

 

Ø Development of the natural resources, increase in the agricultural productivity and restoration of the ecological balance for the sake of environment conservation

 

Ø Establishment of gender equality in the society at all the level, especially in the poorest and unorganized sectors

 

Ø Regeneration of sustainability and self-reliance in the society

 

Our Values: Regeneration of traditional system, working with aborigine and primitive tribes, Working in nuxlite area, at the border of the Jharkhand and Chattishgarh, very remote area, lack of road and communication
