the organisation has done to empower youth and women provding technical training also aware disadvantage community for their rights form women SAG group for their self relience. Now It is plan the women the the project area should prepare herself directly participate in panchayat institutation through elections. targeted 50% women should be prepare, 200 youth should be skilled.
