About us

Animal Angels Foundation is a registered, non-profit organization started in 2003 working in the field of Animal Assisted Therapy. It is the first organization in India to promote awareness about the amazing mutual benefits of animal-human relations and the miraculous healing effects of animals on humans. The goal of the therapy is to enhance the quality of human life through interaction with animals.

Animal Assisted Therapy is a very unique therapy which helps these special children in improving their self confidence, social skills, physical skills, emotional responses etc. Most important of all, it gives them the unconditional love which helps them to heal faster. It may not take the disability away, but it will help in improving the quality of life in these children.

Our mission is to reach out to as many people in India who can be benefited from Animal Assisted Therapy and to create awareness about Animal Assisted Therapy and the mutual benefits of the healing effect of Animals on Humans.
