As I said, I believe by giving someone money for education, medical, ration or some other purpose makes him dependable on others whole life.
Why not give him chance to start a small business and work hard and earn with dignity. And himself sponsor for parents medical and children education. Equal chance irrespective of skill set, gender etc. We can teach them specific skills. For eg. Tailoring, cooking, driving etc. And help them get good job or be self employed. In latter case, help them setup business, get customers, promote them etc.
