Mentorship program (Volunteers required)

Mentorship Program:

This program attempts to understand student interests, aptitudes and skills, and pair them with matching corporate mentors thus helping in building critical workplace skills and social connectivity. This program focuses on communication, interpersonal, self-management and decision making skills.

The mentorship program comprises of 24 sessions of 90 minutes each to be completed by mentor-mentee over 8 months. Through this program, the student gets an opportunity to interact with a corporate mentor every week over 8 months. This not only makes them aware of the different academic and career options available, but also help them take conscious and informed decisions.
